YOGA
Yoga means to be in perfect tune. Your body, mind and spirit and the existence are in absolute harmony. When you fine-tune yourself to a point where everything functions so beautifully within you, the best of your abilities will naturally flow out of you. Yoga is a tool to find the ultimate expression of life. Through the physical practice we keep the body a healthy vehicle so the mind and the soul can reside within at ease.

THAI YOGA BODYWORK
While many Americans are familiar with traditional types of massage like Swedish and deep-tissue, Thai yoga massage is less well-known. Thai yoga bodywork combines passive yoga stretches, acupressure, traction and joint therapy, myofascial release and relaxation techniques.

Everything in the universe is vibration. Sound healing can be an immune booster, stress reducer, pain reliever and lower blood pressure. Because every living beings, non living beings, and even thoughts emit a vibration, the resonance from a Singing Bowl can be used to influence our vibration.
